As we gear up for Rebuilding Day 2012, dedication and determination are the two factors that our captains have — both volunteer and construction captains. Being a captain means that one is given a mission and they are able to lead their crew to a successful Rebuilding Day. This mission consists of several steps that guide our captains and will ensure our homeowners and facilities with the promises RTSF has made, to rebuild.
