Rebuilding Together San Francisco announces three new board members.
San Francisco, CA – January 28, 2010 – The Board of Directors of Rebuilding Together San Francisco is thrilled to announce the addition of three new members to their 2010 Board.
Kevin Skiles has been a volunteer construction captain for Rebuilding Together San Francisco for ten years, participating in the selection of client homes as well as leading teams of volunteers to provide repairs. As a residential investment manager, Mr. Skiles has managed over $75 million in renovation and new construction projects and developed two residential subdivisions in an historic neighborhood valued at $6.5 million. He has 12 years of experience interpreting zoning requirements and obtaining entitlements as a Principal and for developer clients in Northern California. In additional to his project management work, Mr. Skiles is a licensed architect and a member of the Urban Land Institute
Bart Hutchins, Associate Vice President of Pacific National Bank, relocated to the Bay Area in 2003 to work for Hulbert & Associates in San Ramon. In 2005 he transitioned to structured finance with then California Savings Bank, renamed Pacific National Bank. At PNB Mr. Hutchins was responsible for origination, negotiation, structuring, and execution of over $450 million of floating-rate short term real estate debt financings on ground-up construction and acquisition reposition opportunities for a variety of middle market and institutional real estate owners, investors and developers throughout the United States. Mr. Hutchins currently works in an Asset Management capacity responsible for developing exit strategy, negotiations, and problem resolution for an existing 14 property portfolio valued at $350 million including performing and nonperforming loans, and loan work-outs/modifications. Mr. Hutchins is a Board Member and Treasurer for The Belden Club, a real estate organization that has donated monies to RTSF and sponsored RTSF projects for the past 5 years. Mr. Hutchins also serves as co-chair for the South Bay Urban Land Institutes chapter responsible for content development for monthly events.
Sharon Sterling Senior Vice President, Asset Management, has 20+ years in commercial real estate investment. Based in the Grosvenor San Francisco office, she is involved with both commercial and residential portfolio management. Most recently, Sharon has been involved with the residential redevelopment of four Seattle rental properties. Prior to Grosvenor, Sharon was involved in the acquisition of property with two pension fund advisors as well as working with a multi-family developer overseeing operational aspects of both development and stable properties.
